Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy will replace any damaged or missing items upon verification that said items are actually damaged or missing from your order, due to shipping or a logistics issue. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In most cases credits will be given, all issues will be handled on a case by case basis.

If a refund is issued, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and all orders usually ship in 24 hours. If a product is on back order, we will contact you to inform you of the status and ship product as soon as it is back in stock.

All orders over $500.00 qualify for free shipping, via shipping provider; FedEx, USPS, etc. All orders under $500.00 will be charged $15.00 for shipping.
